The COVID-19 pandemic demands even more our attention and care in services, hygiene, cleanliness and regulations. In compliance with the adequacy requirements, we have developed HYGIENE AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS based on the standards of the World Health Organization, Ministry of Health, Anvisa and other regulatory bodies. Everything to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, customers, employees and partners.

Guests and employees must accept our security protocol for entry to the hotel:

- Temperature measurement,

- Hand and foot hygiene at the common area.

- Wear masks in all common areas.

> Breakfast is being served at the restaurant, by time scheduling.

> There won´t be room service; if you need a change of bed linen and / or bath towel, the guest must inform our staff so that they can arrange an exchange. Guests will arrive in a very clean room and our intention is our staff just enter in the room after the checkout.

> The delivery service, pharmaceutical and hygiene products, among others, must be delivered to the hotel reception and recieved by the guest himself.

- All hotel staff will use the PPE services. They will clean the common areas to ensure that your accommodation is even more secure.

- Body temperature will be measured on arrival at the hotel. If the temperature is higher than 37.8ºC, the person cannot check in.

- It is essential to use masks in social areas and access to breakfast. Please bring your masks.

- There will be sanitizing mats at the entrance to sanitize the shoes.

- Maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters from other guests.

- Cleaning protocol focused on sanitizing accommodations with certified products and recovering all precautions for your safety.

- The coffee will have a different time and previously scheduled at the reception.

- We will use whatsapp communication for any eventuality.
