Cancellation Rules and Policies
Below are the Rules and Cancellation Policy of Pousada Luardo Sertão. We ask that all guests carefully read
The Pousada Luar do Sertão area is surrounded by forest and green area, being the natural environment of animals, including venomous animals. Enjoy the birdsong and be careful when walking with animals in your way.
– The voltage is 220v.
– Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.
– Check in time from 14:00 and check out until 12:00.
– The cleaning of the chalets will be done at the request of the guest; for us to carry out this service it is necessary that the guest leave their belongings tidy and with the floor free of objects.
– The beige towels are for your use after the shower and must not be left in the chalet. The blue towels are for taking with you on outings.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the chalets.
– It is not allowed to wash clothes and shoes in the bathrooms of the rooms. We provide our laundry tank if you need to wash clothes manually or recommend laundries that have industrial machinery.
– Guests are responsible for maintaining their rooms. Repair of any damage caused will be charged.
– We charge a fee of R$ 20.00 if the Chalet key is lost.
Cancellation Policy and Rules > Sustainable Aspects
– Air conditioning usage: we ask that the air conditioning be used only with the windows closed and when the guest is in the chalet. When leaving please turn off the air conditioning. It has inverter technology: it does not give energy peaks, so when turning it on or off it gains or loses power slowly. To freeze it, you must have the “snowflake” symbol on the control display, pressing the Mode key.
– In the breakfast area there is an electric coffee maker and electric kettle for “self service” use, as well as coffee powder and filter, tea bags, sugar and sweetener. There is also a clay filter.
– You are allowed to use our crockery, glasses and cutlery. We ask that you sanitize your hands to pick up these utensils from the cupboard and wash everything that is used, as we need to start the day with a clean kitchen. We also ask that you always wear a mask when entering our kitchen.
– The lights in the chalet area are activated through movement. When walking they light up automatically.
– Garbage Recycling: we recycle some types of solid waste, so separate what is dry waste and deliver it to us clean so that we can dispose of it correctly. ALUMINUM, TETRA PAK, GLASS, PLASTIC AND CARDBOARD. We have 3 bins: the two black ones are for recyclables and the green one for non-recyclables (both are on the pavement next to the kitchen). There is also a compost bin for organics in the “shingle bed”).
– There is a “walkie talkie” radio that can be used to talk to us, it is located next to the kitchen door. Another way to communicate with us is through Whatsapp (75)999273568.

Cancellation Rules and Policies
In accordance with legal determinations in general and, in particular, with the provisions of the Normative Deliberation n 161/95 of Embratur and the Consumer Defense Code, the cancellation of reservations or changes in dates will be subject to the collection of fees and fines according to the following conditions:

WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT CANCELLATION - NO SHOW
Non-attendance, without the aforementioned written communication, on the expected arrival date will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation), with a charge of 100% of the accommodation costs.
WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY
Withdrawal after entry will result in full payment of accommodation values.
